Application:2'-deoxyguanosine 5'-monophosphate disodium salt is used as a scientific research reagent and is widely used in molecular biology, pharmacology and other scientific research. It is strictly prohibited to be used on the human body.2′-Deoxyguanosine 5′-monophosphate (dGMP) is used as a substrate for guanylate kinase to produce dGDP, which in turn is phosphorylated to dGTP, a nucleotide precursor used in DNA synthesis.Furthermore, dGMP can be efficiently phosphorylated by type I thymidylate kinase of the malaria parasite Plasmodium falciparum.
