3,3',3''-Phosphinetriyltripropanoic acid hydrochloride is a water-soluble reagent used for selective reduction of disulfides. More stable than DTT in mass spectrometry applications.

 

 

 

3-[bis(2-carboxyethyl)phosphanyl]propanoic acid,hydrochloride used for selective reduction of disulfides in water. After alkalization, the water-soluble ligand can be easily removed from the ruthenium based decomposition catalyst by washing the crude product of the reaction with water.
