Application:Dehydrocholic acid is a medication for biliary tract disease.It is suitable for post-cholecystectomy condensation, chronic cholecystitis, cholelithiasis, gallbladder and biliary tract dysfunction, cholestasis and prevention of biliary infection, chronic hepatitis, etc.It is also used to promote T-tube drainage and constipation after biliary tract surgery.Occasionally, mild and short-term diarrhea may occur, as well as dry mouth and itchy skin.Long-term use will reduce bile secretion and cause liver fatigue.Occasionally, serum aminotransferase activity may temporarily increase slightly.It is contraindicated in patients with complete bile duct obstruction, severe liver and kidney dysfunction, heart failure and intestinal obstruction.Not suitable for use by children under 12 years old.
