1-Cyclopropyl-2-(2-fluorophenyl)-1,2-ethanedione, namely Prasugrel hydrochloride. Prasugrel hydrochloride is used as a platelet aggregation inhibitor to prevent and treat thrombosis. Long-term exposure to air and moisture will cause certain degradation. According to the degradation pathway reported in patent literature, prasugrel hydrochloride is mediated by peroxides. It leads to the formation of N-oxide, and the N-oxide diastereomer is unstable in solution and will rapidly degrade into acylated TTPO and prasugrel dione. Therefore, the quantitative synthesis of prasugrel hydrochloride is of great significance for the quality research of prasugrel hydrochloride and the detection of degradation impurities.
