2,3,4, 6-tetrabenzyl-D-glucopyrane can be used as a pharmaceutical intermediate to synthesize 3-position glycosylated sugar derivatives against Alzheimer's disease. Sulfate, phosphate carbohydrate complex and indolopyrrocarbazole carbohydrate derivatives for cancer treatment; Perfluoroalkyl saccharide complex for cancer diagnosis; Voglibose, nojirimycin and aminolevulinate for the treatment of diabetes; Chemicalbook - Polyglycan, benzotriazole derivatives, nitrobenzyl derivatives, phospholipid conjugates for the treatment of sepsis, meningitis, AIDS, osteoporosis, osteitis deforma, etc. It can also be used for the preparation of halogenated glucopyran, synthesis of 1-site alkylation or glycosidylation of D-glucopyran derivatives, etc. The conjugate of 1-enylated tetrabenzyl glucose with C15 crown eth-er is a novel phase transfer catalyst. 2,3,4, 6-tetrabenzyl-D-glucopyrane is an important D-glucopyrane derivative, which is used as pharmaceutical intermediates and in biochemical reactions and other reactions.
