2- amino-5 - nitropyridine used as organic synthesis, pharmaceutical intermediates. It is obtained by nitration of 2-aminopyridine. At a temperature of 50℃, 2-aminopyridine is added to concentrated sulfuric acid, and then fuming nitric acid is added, the temperature does not exceed 50℃.
