Application
It is an intermediate of alectinib.Alectinib (CH5424802) is a potent ALK inhibitor with an IC50 of 1.9nM, sensitive to the L1Chemicalbook196M mutant, and more selective to ALK than PF-02341066, NVP-TAE684 and PHA-E429.Oral treatment of CH5424802 inhibited tumor growth in a dose-dependent manner with ED50 of 0.46mg/kg. CH5424802, treated at a dose of 20mg/kg, caused rapid decline of tumor Chemicalbook by 168%. After 11 days of treatment (on day 28), the tumor volume in each mouse was <30mm3, maintaining effective anti-tumor effect, and no tumor regrowth occurred during 4 weeks of drug-free treatment.
