The intermediate of Boprevir, namely (1R, 2S, 5S) -6,6-dimethyl-3-azabicyclic [3.1.0] hexane-2-carboxylic acid methyl ester hydrochloride, is the side chain of Boprevir. Pramivir is a hepatitis C protease inhibitor developed by Schering Plough, which can be used as the main drug of triple therapy (with polyethylene glycol α- The combination of interferon and ribavirin is used for the treatment of CHC gene type I chronic hepatitis. The combination of three drugs can cure more than 60% of patients, and polyethylene glycol alone is used α- The cure rate of interferon or ribavirin is 2 to 3 times higher, and boprivir can improve the cure rate while also shortening the treatment time.
