Lecadipine hydrochloride is a third-generation dihydropyridine calcium channel blocker, and its mechanism of action is similar to that of similar drugs, namely, it can reversibly block the inward flow of calcium ions in the L-type calcium channel of the membrane of vascular smooth muscle, expand peripheral blood vessels and reduce blood pressure. Locadipine hydrochloride, a long-acting calcium antagonist, has a positive antihypertensive effect, kidney protection, and is also beneficial to blood lipid.
