Tris(hydroxymethyl)aminomethane hydrochloride, also known as Tris-HCL, is a neutral buffer with a buffer range of 7.5-8.5, but it itself contains weak alkalinity. Commonly used in various biochemical experiments such as molecular biology and cell biology. Its conventional characteristic is a white powder substance, which is prepared by adding distilled water during use, adjusted to the required pH value, and then sterilized under high pressure for storage and use. It is worth noting that if the solution needs to be stored for a long time, it should be stored below -4 ℃.
