Hydroxychloroquine sulfate is an antimalarial drug with anti-inflammatory, immunomodulatory and anticoagulant effects. At present, hydroxychloroquine is mainly used in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis, juvenile chronic arthritis, discoid lupus erythematosus and systemic lupus erythematosus, but its clinical effect is slow, often takes 2-4 months of chemical book time. The pharmacological effect of this drug is not very clear. It may be related to stabilizing lysosomal membrane, inhibiting the formation of prostaglandins, inhibiting the chemotaxis of polymorphonuclear cells and the role of phagocytes. It may interfere with the formation of monocyte interleukin-1 and inhibit the release of neutrophil superoxide.
