Anrisentan is a specific endothelin receptor A (ETA receptor) inhibitor developed by Gilead Science Company. It is a highly selective ETA receptor antagonist that can block the binding of ET and ETA, thereby blocking ETA-mediated pulmonary vasoconstriction and smooth muscle cell proliferation.
