Parafluorobenzoic acid is an organic intermediate, slightly soluble in cold water, soluble in hot water, soluble in most organic solvents. As a carboxylic acid derivative, p-fluorobenzoic acid can be used as pesticide and pharmaceutical intermediates. It has been reported that p-fluorobenzoic acid can be used to prepare p-fluorobenzaldehyde. RARECHEM AL BO 0053 is used as pesticide and pharmaceutical intermediates.
