Application: Boc-His(Trt)-Aib-OH is a peptide that can be synthesized from Boc-His(Trt)-OH (32926-43-5).4.3 g of Boc-L-His(Trt)-Aib-OBzl were dissolved in 30 ml THF and 3 ml of ethyl acetate. 0.43 g of the hydrogenation catalyst Pd/C (5%) was added and the compound was hydrogenated at 30° C for 2 h at atmospheric hydrogen pressure using a balloon. The catalyst is filtered oil and washed with 30 ml of ethyl acetate. The solution was stirred for several hours until precipitation occurred. The precipitate is filtered off and dried under vacuum to obtain 2.45 g of Boc-His(Trt)-Aib-OH.
